Ingredients
2.5 Cups nut milk of your choice
1/3 Cup pre-soaked cashew nuts
1 Cup frozen blueberries
1/2 Banana
2 Scoops Health Protein Boost
1 Lemon juiced
1 Tsp lemon zest
1 Tbsp monk fruit syrup (optional)
