    Claim Method

    To be eligible to claim:

    • Eligible product must be purchased from the BOLD website during the offer period and claim lodged within 30 days of purchase
    • Product must be used in accordance with the directions on pack
    • To lodge claim email support@boldhealth.com.au a claims form will then be sent directly to you to complete
    • Form must be filled in, as part of this form you will need to give feedback on why you are not satisfied with the product


    Note: Only claims that follow the above process will be accepted. Please retain the product and packaging as we may need to cite these to verify your claim.

    Offer Restrictions

    • This offer is only available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over on orders sent within Australia.
    • Eligible Product This offer is limited to ONE bag/pouch of BOLD Health Protein Boost purchased from the BOLD Australia website. It is not valid on Bold Collagen Glow.

    Refund

    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a completed claims form. Refunds will be issued directly via the website. Funds will be returned via the payment method originally used in checkout. Under no circumstances can the funds be returned to a different payment method or account.
