We recommend taking BOLD 2-3 times per week. This means a pouch should last you 4-6 weeks. In total there are 12 full serves per bag. Many of our customers use 1 scoop per day (half serve), especially when adding to smoothies or with milk where you can get additional nutrients and protein. It's the ideal boost.

Not at all! We've included a pre-measured scoop in every bag. So all you need to do is stir 2 scoops of Health Protein Boost into at least 300ml of water or milk.

BOLD is perfect for those times you don't eat or want a full meal. It is not a meal replacement product as such — there are only 142 calories per serve, which is too little for a meal replacement product according to industry standards. Because there is a lot of protein in each serve, it does help keep you feeling fuller for longer, so you may find yourself eating less overall on the days you take it.
