BOLD Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is quick and delicious, the perfect breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Bold Health Protein Plus
- 1 cup almond milk (or a milk of your choice)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
METHOD
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
2. Serve in a glass and top with additional berries, banana slices or sunflower seeds
